Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal is stated with the Order ID by email to “customer service”, after which there is a 14-day deadline for returning the goods.
Buyer can cancel a purchase at CupponePizza Com. An item is only used if it is used for what is possible to test the item in a physical store. If the seal is broken on electrical and gas appliances and has been physically installed and used, the item will not be returned. All items are CE marked and manuals for operation and maintenance can be downloaded at CupponePizza Com. Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. Spare parts will not be returned.
Freight & Shipping
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and excl. 25% VAT. Overseas orders are without adding VAT. All orders are sent as letters / packages / pallets by post or freight.

Larger shipments on offer
When returning purchased goods, it is the customer’s responsibility that the packaging is intact, so that it is safe to handle at the distributor. IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of goods, it is the responsibility of the consignee to check the packaging for shipping damage. In the event of shipping damage, the item must remain with the consignee until the shipping company has processed the case. The unopened item will then be returned to the sender.
When ordering on CupponePizza Com, payment is not completed at checkout. Once we have received your order, we will send an email with invoice and payment reference. Please use your order ID as a payment reference. Your order will be shipped once payment is received at our bank.
Return / exchange
If the item is damaged or you receive a wrong item, contact us immediately by phone or e-mail.
With the goods you will receive a sales receipt for your purchase. You must save this receipt as it documents the date of purchase of the item at CupponePizza Com.
Reservations are made for typing / typing errors as well as discontinued items and backordered items. Items that are backordered do not appear in the product description in the online store. CupponePizza Com cannot be held responsible for delays or costs associated with this.
